Spring 2015 - Day 83

Today was just a recovery day that included me going for a run and having dinner with Mom Shelley. I emailed her and asked if she wanted to have lunch at noon but never received a response. So I went and ate lunch myself at 11:30. When I was back in my room at noon I got a call from her asking where we were meeting. Apparently she had emailed me back and I just didn't get it. 

So I went down to meet her but as she walked up she said that she just remembered she had rehearsal for the talent show and so didn't have much time. So we rescheduled for dinner. 

At dinner we discussed South Africa and the parents trip. She said that it was very similar than mine but it was a bit more dramatic. We then talked about the things I did and how I am doing. It’s always good to have dinner with mom, she is just awesome. 

In the evening I watched the talent show, which has pretty good. The lifelong learners were especially entertaining. They did a dance and it was adorable. 

There is only one more day until Namibia and I have been trying to figure out my plans. I am going to be spending most of my time with Stephanie and we are just going to figure it out. We may try to hitch hike to somewhere in the south or maybe we will try to go camping. It is going to be a spontaneous decision based on how we are feeling and what seems like the best thing to do. 

It is going to be challenging because it is Easter while we are there so most things are going to be closed. It is Singapore all over again.
